Virtue Pinky Ring in Ruby, Sapphire and Diamond
The 'Virtue' capsule within Once Upon a Time is inspired by Beauty and the Beast.
The ruby, sapphire and diamond rose that Beauty's father picks for her is the key focus of the collection. The rose tips to the open pinky side cradled by one of the fantastical birds that Edmund Dulac imagined in the land of the Beast.
Pinky rings were popular in the 18th century, when Beauty and the Beast was first told. The open side of a pinky ring also allows more 'real-estate' to play with the design flow around the finger and in this case, the bird's elegant diamond ringed neck and plumage.
18kt white and yellow gold with white diamonds, pink sapphires and rubies.
